Pregnancy Care
The prenatal visits are focused on:

Movement, Positions, Relaxation Techniques, Acupresure, Intuitive Massage, Art therapy, aromatherapy

Guidance on making your Birth Plan & Postpartum Plan.

Information about plant medicion & nutrition if desired.

Offer guidance on the use of plants and natural remedies, drawing from both traditional and holistic medicine, to nourish mothers inside and out, and to soothe common discomforts.

Childbirth Continuous Care
From the moment you feel you need me, until you give birth I will be by your side (at home or in the hospital) to:

Maintain an intimate and respectful environment according to your preferences.

Support your partner in their role.
-
Provide you with emotional support together with the medical team in charge.

Suggest & employ measures to reduce discomfort.
-
Remind you of your preferences & inform you so that you can make your sovereign decisions.

Witness your power & strength.

Postpartum Care
During the first days/weeks (depending on your preferences) I will visit you at home to:

Discuss doubts about newborn care & early postpartum.

Provide any details about the birth.

Support you with breastfeeding and babycarriers (if desired)

Other tasks adapted to your needs (care of older children, meal service etc.) (optional)

Offer plant medicine remedies for postpartum & postnatal care.

Breastfeeding counselling
These are some of the topics we can cover in the session. I approach each case individually. Let me know what your concern is, and we will assess how we can address it to improve your breastfeeding experience.

In-depth, one-on-one consultation to assess both mother and baby’s needs

Review your personal breastfeeding goals, expectatons any concerns you might have.

Effective positioning, latch, and comfort during nursing.

Advice on managing milk production, pumping techniques, and proper milk storage.

Support with addressing & preventing common breastfeeding challenges.

​Specialized assessment for tongue-tie (ankyloglossia) and other potential feeding barriers. (If diagnosed, the case will be referred to a specialist for futher diagnosis & treatment).​​​

Post-frenectomy follow-up and guidance.

Gentle weaning, both daytime and nightime.
