With a holistic, woman-centered approach, you are guided to explore the best options for your body and mind, so you feel informed, and cared for.
I offer continuous support from early Pregnancy, early pregnancy, through birth, and into the postpartum period. Whether you give birth at home or in the hospital, I’ll be by your side working together with your midwife, offering calm, steady reassurance no matter how your journey unfolds. In our prenatal sessions, we’ll explore your desires and fears, and clarify what truly resonates with you, cutting through today’s information overload.
If you have a partner, they are embraced in this journey too, so together we can form a strong, confident support team.
I will be honored to share with you the knowledge I have learnt through these years such us: comfort measures, non-medical pain relief techniques, accupresure, relaxing massage, birth positions, rebozo, traditional remedies & plant medicine, and more.
